About the Faculty

The Faculty of Engineering is the youngest constituent of the Catholic University of Croatia, established by a Senate Decision on 12 November 2024.

Mission

The Faculty's mission is to respond to the contemporary challenges of the digital age — through practice and theory. We combine advanced computer science with an understanding of the social context in which technology is created and operates.

We were founded on 12 November 2024 by a Decision of the Senate of the Catholic University of Croatia in response to the growing need for engineers who, alongside technical excellence, possess a broad humanistic education and firm ethical foundations.

Although we are a young faculty, we have invested in first-class equipment from day one — our students work with humanoid robots, robot dogs and an in-house data centre for artificial intelligence research.
